Roles and Responsibilities:
ICT and IT project implementation and technique Support
Responsible for ICT project End to End participate include but not limited project design ,coordinate pre sales bidding, implementation team resources resource preparation ,project monior and project issue solving, reporting and communicate externally and internally
* Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the data center, including daily inspections, troubleshooting, asset management, cooperation with external vendors and cabling.
* Responsible for mount and dismount of data center equipment, replacement of bad parts and adjustment of parameters.
* Responsible for working with the customer NOC center to remotely assist in handling issues.
* Through the customer's fault reporting platform, handle the corresponding work orders and be responsible for the SLA;
* Prepare reports on a regular basis, such as daily work orders, monthly reports, weekly inspection reports, etc.
* Follow-up and communicate with vendors for any changes

Role Requirements:
* Server experience
* Familiar with PC server configuration and architecture
* Familiar with the installation, deployment, troubleshooting and troubleshooting of PC servers
* Familiar with Linux configuration and troubleshooting
* At least 1 year PC server maintenance hardware Linux system maintenance experience
* Familiar with the installation, deployment, troubleshooting and troubleshooting of at least 1 network device (Cisco and H3C)
* Understand TCP / IP protocols, network switching and routing protocols
* At least 1 year of network equipment operation and maintenance experience
* Understand the basic infrastructure architecture of IDC data centers
* Understand IDC data center operations and security
* Understand of data center availability, reliability, and redundancy

岗位职责：
ICT 项目和IT项目的项目实施执行交付和技术问题的解决支撑
ICT项目和IT项目的端到端参与(包括但不限于ICT项目的设计，配合售前投标，项目实施执行人力资源准备，过程中项目问题的监控以及汇报
*负责数据中心的日常运营和维护，包括日常检查，故障排除，与外部供应商的合作和布线。
*负责数据中心设备的安装和拆卸，不良零件的更换和参数的调整。
*负责与客户NOC中心合作以远程协助处理问题。
*通过客户的故障报告平台，处理相应的工作订单并负责SLA；
*定期准备报告，例如日常工作指令，每月报告，每周检查报告等。
*跟进并与供应商沟通以进行任何更改

任职要求：
有IT,及ICT项目的实施交付经验
接触一些办公室Office IT,ICT项目或工厂factory,园区的ICT项目全流程E2E项目
*服务器经验
*熟悉PC服务器的配置和架构
*熟悉PC服务器的安装，部署，故障排除和故障排除
*至少1年PC服务器维护经验
*熟悉至少1个网络设备（Cisco和H3C）的安装，部署，故障排除和故障排除
*了解TCP / IP协议，网络交换和路由协议为佳
*至少一年的网络设备运行和维护经验
*了解IDC数据中心的基本基础架构
*了解IDC数据中心的操作和安全性
*了解数据中心的可用性，可靠性和冗余性
