岗位职责:
1、基于集团战略目标,负责海外人才招聘工作,尤其是印尼地区,对接各区域人力负责人,满足人才需求。
2、负责海外招聘全流程的执行与优化,提升交付质量与流程效率。
3、负责海外各地区招聘渠道建设与维护,建立各区域人才库。
4、开展海外校园招聘,定向的招聘宣讲,负责海外雇主形象建设等。
5、配合集团开展的其他与招聘相关的工作。
任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历,专业不限,英语流利。
2、3年及以上海外人才招聘经验,有箱包,服装等纺服其他上下游行业资源、相关领域猎头经验者优先。
3、有帮助中国公司出海经验或快速国际化公司经验者优先。
4、熟悉海外用工法律法规,具备较强谈判沟通能力。
Job Description:
1、The Talent Acquisition Supervisor/Manager is primarily responsible for overall recruiting management and execution of strategy in different regions and countries. Especially Indonesia recruitment. This position will provide solutions of recruiting to meet business needs.
2、This role responsible for the implementation and optimization of overseas recruitment process, and make sure the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with company's policies and standards.
3、Select and manage ongoing relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure the company receives satisfactory standards of services. Meet business needs to set up the structure of talent pool in each region.
4、Conducting overseas campus recruitment, providing professional publicity to make attract targeted talents. According to the strategic pace of the overseas employer brand building, to achieve the goal of talent acquisition.
5、Other recruitment-related work.
Requirement:
1、Bachelor degree and above, excellent language ability.
2、Minimum 3 years overseas recruitment experience in luggage, apparel and other upstream or downstream Industry resources. Headhunting experience in related field is preferred.
3、We give priority to person who has experience in helping Chinese companies establish overseas subsidiaries or achieve rapidly internationalization.
4、Sufficient experience of overseas employment laws and regulations, and well developed negotiation and communication skills.
