Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team and provide pre-sales support and technical solution to customers
Responsible to study customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to provide ICT solution design and implementation to clients
Work with clients to help them architect technology solutions across the breadth of their IT infrastructure
Participate in preparing tender documents and proposals, RFPs, RFIs.
Manage, control and coordinate project schedule & implementation to make sure the project to be completed on time
Work with partners / suppliers and provide tier-2 onsite support for configuration / troubleshooting

Requirements
At least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computing or equivalent with at least 4 years working experience in IT industry
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentations skills are required, able to speak and written fluent English and Mandarin
Possess strong knowledge with a broad range of skills in all facets of IT
Experienced in Firewall, Router, Switch, Server basic config
Certification with Cloud, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet or competitive vendor technologies
Experienced in large ICT projects in financial sector is a plus.
