岗位职责：
1、负责织带产品图稿设计；
2、负责新品开发，尤其是纺织面料上的开发；
3、负责卖场流行趋势收集，进行分析总结分享；
4、定期出差展会、市场，进行市场调研分析。
5、能够直接同国外买手沟通，阐述呈现设计想法和方案。

任职要求：
1、外籍设计师，对国外零售卖场风格有一定的了解，有1-2年卖场产品设计经验；
2、熟悉拷克带工艺、材质、设计风格，对国外节日装饰有一定的了解；
3、熟练操作AI/Photoshop/Office等软件；
4、有时尚感知以及较佳的创作设计能力和色彩敏感度，有产品搭配陈列设计经验尤佳；
5、抗压能力强，具备良好沟通协调能力，执行力强，较强的责任心与团队协作。
6、热爱设计工作，有上进心，一定的发展潜力者优先。

Roles & Responsibilities:
1、 In charge of printing design on ribbon
2、 In charge of new product development, especially in textile fabric.
3、 In charge of chain store trend collection, analysis and sharing
4、 Regular business trips for exhibitions and markets to do market research and analysis.
5、 Communicate directly with foreign buyers, explain and present design ideas and solutions.

Basic Qualifications：
1、 Foreign nationality designer with 1-2 years relevant product design experience in the retail and have a certain understanding of the style of foreign retail.
2、 Familiar with wired edge ribbon in the aspect of craft, material, design style and so on. Have a certain understanding of foreign holiday decorations.
3、 Ability to AI/Photoshop/Office and other software.
4、 High sense to fashion trend, color and independent creative design ability, especially with experience in product display visual sense.
5、 Ability to work under pressure, have good communication and coordination ability, strong execution, high sense of responsibility in team work
6、 Love design work with desire to advance. Potential person is preferred.
