BRIEF BACKGROUND
East Construction Investments Ltd was incorporated in Uganda in 2010. The company is mainly engaged in civil construction, real estate development, bridge engineering, etc. The company has 11 years’ experience in civil engineering, bridge engineering, road engineering, equipment engineering, general contracting, subcontract engineering and construction experience in Africa in countries such as Uganda, South Sudan and Mozambique. Having undertaken a number of civil construction projects in different
countries in Africa, we have built a good reputation and track record. The company has a strong financial capacity and also owns a 9-storey commercial building of 5100 square meters in Uganda, construction equipment and other assets.
The major human resources of the company are professionals in construction engineering, a small number of administrative personnel employees with high technology talents, and a small management function which also reduce the administration cost in running projects.
Since 2010, the company has successfully carried out construction projects for dozens of government enterprises, private companies and huge construction projects for African governments in the countries such as Uganda, Mozambique and South Sudan. Some of the remarkable projects in Uganda are as below:
1. Office building for China National Offshore Oil Corporation Uganda Limited,
2. Kololo Courts Hotel,
3. Elizabeth Royal Apartments,
4. Kampala-Entebbe Expressway Project Head Office Building for China Communications Construction Company Ltd,
5. Phase I & II of Office Building for Tembo Steel Uganda,
6. Sino Minerals Investments Co., Ltd Office and Workshop, and etc.
Meanwhile, another two huge remarkable projects out of Uganda are as below:
1. Mozambique Tax Bureau Training Centre in Mozambique,
2. Southern Sudan Central Bank Currency Centre in Southern Sudan.

COMPANY MANAGEMENT

East Construction Investment Ltd started off by putting up its own 9-storey building of 5100 square meters and at the end of 2012, the company was honored to partner with China Communications Construction Co. Ltd one of China’s biggest construction companies and was subcontracted to work in several countries’ on highway, bridges and housing construction projects. Currently, most of them have been completed and delivered, and the owners have good evaluation over the performance. Together with all employees of our company and our business philosophy of "integrity and honesty, innovative and pragmatic ", we strive to achieve our business goals with value of " Morality and Good Deeds, Diligence and Gratitude".
